Triton College is a fully accredited two-year college in River Grove, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago. The college is located in a peaceful residential community yet offers easy access to the outstanding resources of the third largest city in the United States.
Triton College offers more than 150 degree and certificates programs. Triton also offers support services, and flexible class scheduling with day, night, and weekend options that provide students of all ages with opportunities and resources to excel and gain important skills for succeeding in life.
Many courses are offered online or as flex-start courses that meet for seven weeks or less. With an average class size of 20.5 students, you will get to know your classmates and instructors.

Admission Deadline
All required application materials must be received by the deadline to be considered for admission. Late applications from new students outside the U.S. will be deferred to the next semester.

Student Requirements
International students must complete their degree objectives within six (6) semesters, excluding summer semester. For each semester of Fall or Spring enrollment, international students must enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours.
International students who begin enrollment during summer semester must enroll in a minimum of six credit hours. International students will pay the out-of- state tuition rate.
International students who are considering dropping/adding a course must contact their DSO prior to adjusting their schedule.
New international students must schedule an appointment with an advisor to register for classes. Information about Advising appointments can be found at Academic Advising.
Current international students can register online through the Triton Student Portal, with an academic advisor, or if they know the course and section number of the class they would like to register for, they may email registration@cq-hw.com or contact the Admissions Call Center at (708) 456-0300, Ext. 3130.

International students wishing to study at Triton College must have a minimum of $22,500 (Twenty-Two Thousand Five Hundred United States Dollars) available to them for tuition and living expenses for each academic year.
Additional funds will be required for students planning to enroll in the summer term.
For the 2024-2025 school year and Summer 2025 the tuition for students on a Foreign Student Visa (F-1) is assessed at a rate of $495.00* per credit hour. The tuition for students on a Foreign Student Visa (F-1) in a Select Health Career Program is assessed at a rate of $563.00* per credit hour.
Financial assistance is not available for international students.
